Who are you?
Erashades was established in 2016 and is based in Brisbane, Australia. When its founder Tim had his old sunglasses fail him, may they rest in pieces, after only two short years. He sought after a new pair that were polarised, durable and both fresh yet timeless in style. But wasn't prepared to pay over $100 for a brand name.
It wasn't long before the decision was made to open an online store. Providing shades that look epic at the beach, on a road trip, at that rooftop bar or in the backyard with your dog. Shades that probably cost less than your last haircut and come hand packed in a cool recycled box, full of positive vibes and a microfibre cloth.
How do I track my order?
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You may also access tracking information at anytime from your order status page.
To track your order, click on the tracking link or go to the Australia Post website and enter your tracking number into the field provided.
How long does delivery take?
We make our best efforts to dispatch your order within two business days, usually on the following day if ordered before late afternoon. Delivery times may vary between 2-3 business days for metropolitan areas and up to 5-6 business days for regional locations or when sending interstate.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer delivery within Australia only. International shipping will be offered in the future to New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and eventually worldwide.
Do you accept returns?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. You are eligible to choose a refund or exchange if an item is defective, damaged, different than described or has a major problem.
If you change your mind, you may still be eligible for a return provided that your item is unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal. Simply log into your PayPal account during checkout, or select to pay as a PayPal guest if you don't have an account. PayPal accepts all major debit and credit cards.
How do I care for my sunglasses?
All of our sunglasses include a microfibre carry pouch that doubles as a cleaning cloth. To remove smudges, fingerprints and oils that accumulate from general use, gently rub a drop of dish washing soap on both sides of each lens using your finger. Follow by rinsing under warm water and leave to air dry.
Never lay your sunglasses down on their lenses or leave them in areas of extreme temperatures, such as the dashboard of a car. Always clean your sunglasses after exposure to dirt, sand or salt water and never use paper towels, tissues or similar abrasive materials such as your shirt to wipe your lenses.
